At Homebrella, nothing could be easier since we're completely non-binding. We don't want to bother you any more with the paperwork! You stop whenever you want, no notice, no justification, unless you move, it's up to you. Just contact us by email at client@homebrella.fr or via the chat on our website from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
The proof is only requested if you ask for a cancellation at an earlier date, i.e. you have moved and you inform us one month later in this case we ask for the proof to reimburse you on the date of the move. If you inform us three months later we will not be able to cancel on the date of the move but on the request.
The reimbursement is always calculated according to the number of days of coverage (excluding file fees of €30 and the tax of €5.90). The refund will be made directly to your credit card.
