Don't worry! Here's how to procede:
- Have your contract number ready and call our asssitance service at +01 41 85 83 61. We will organise and cover the costs of your return trip (by train or plane) from the location of your stay in France or abroad back to your place.
- Then, you'll have to report the burglary to the local police within 48 hours. You must also send to us the receipt you will receive from the police. You must also declare to the police the serial numbers of your electronic devices for identification purposes should they be located.
- You must declare the burglary to us within 2 business days. Declarations may be made by phone on 01 75 62 90 89 or by email at myclaim@homebrella.fr.
Good to know: you'll have to send us proof of the existence of the goods (purchase receipts, repair or maintenance invoices, guarantee certificates, etc.) to be reimbursed.
