When you move, all you have to do is send us the proof of leaving your accommodation (inventory of fixtures) and we will refund you on the date of the move if you tell us within 3 months - why pay for nothing? - The refund will be calculated over the coverage period excluding admin fee of €30 and €5.90 in terrorist attacks tax. Your refund is done on your credit card. If the credit card we have is no longer valid, just let us know.
