We cover:
Direct material damage to furniture located within the property due to water as a result of:
- A leak, breakage or overspill of water pipes or appliances such as boilers, washing machines and dishwashers;
- Accidental ingress of water or snow via roofs, terraces and balconies;
- A leak or overspill affecting rainwater collection systems;
- Frozen pipes, water systems and appliances using water.
For example if your shower were to overflow we would cover the possesions it damaged and the damage caused to the owners or neighbours.
